We address both individuals and organizations teaching standardized procedures. Right now, empowering employees of customers in manufacturing, logistics, and services. In the future, that might include anyone looking for professional help, even beyond the workplace.

Our Story

Andreas and Farhoud are old friends that have been studying and working together at four companies while they met the rest of the founding team along the way.

Once we found our thrilling vision of democratizing professional expertise in February 2018, we started forming the founding team and spent a few months researching what the ideal product would be.

We completed several pilot projects with trainees and temp workers across different industries, usually leveraging their smartphones to learn more about their job and its work procedures right on-the-job.

Around a year later, our team has grown quite a bit and we just launched the first public version of how.fm, our smart assistant and digital coach.
